Question for Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness

How do you transfer stuff like Pokemon and items to and from Pokemon XD - G.O.D. (Gale Of Darkness)? Can you get your Pokemon and items from the GBA games into the actual game on Pokemon XD? I have a lot of good Pokemon on FireRed and Emerald that I would like to get into Pokemon XD.

Just beat Greevil, and then you can trade Pok�mon from the GBA games to XD. You can do that in the basement of Phenac Pok�mon Center. And if you want you can also have them hold items, so you can trade the items to XD, too.

To transfer Pokemon from your gba game to XD you must beat the game once then go to phenac city.Go to the Pokemon center and then go downstairs.On your gba game put the Pokemon you want to trade in your party and you MUST save in a ordinary Pokemon center (not the elite 4 one but an ordinary one).Then connect it to your gamecube and go to the lady and trade.
P.S. To trade items just make the Pokemon hold the item and trade the pokemon.
