Question for Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness

If you don't get Shadow Lugia without catching all the shadow pokemon

If you say no I think your just starting
if you say yes I think you are closer to beating the game then me
(im at the part after you first see Master Greevil)

You can get Shadow Lugia before catching all the shadow Pokemon in the game, Shadow Lugia is about midway in the game.

Okay the other answer to this is wrong. You see, *SPOILER ALERT COMING UP* Greevil is actually the head of Cipher. He is EVIL!!! He developed Shadow Lugia and you get it in the second to last battle in the game. See, first he throws out Lugia, which you should catch in a Master Ball. Then he actually battles you with six!!!!!! Shadow pokemon!!!! I wish you luck!!!
