Ok, I'm back. I have alot of questions.
1. I'm in Mt Battle, and I am in Zone 99. I can't seem to beat this trainer's Pokemon because they keep using Explosion. The Pokemon I send out first are my Level 71 Lugia that knows:Rain Dance, Hydro Pump, Earthquake and Psycho Boost. The second one is my level 72 Espeon. What is the best way to beat her without losing too much health? (The three Regis and an Electrode know explosion)
2. In order to get more Eevee evolutions, you need to send your current evolution to Emerald and breed it?
3. Is there anything you get for beating all 100 Zones in Mt Battle?
A) If so, do you need to have done specific things to recieve it?

1) You're talking about Trainer Libal. About the Explosion thing, you should use a Pokemon that has the Damp ability. The Damp ability negates the usage of Selfdestruct and Explosion. Then, just use a Pokemon who has attacks that are super-effective on her Pokemon. Shedinja only has 1 HP, but it has Wonder guard to make up for it. To get rid of Shedinja, use Fire, Ground, Ghost, or Dark type moves against it. It will always faint in one hit, so don't worry about that.
2) That's exactly what you should do.
3) You can pick one of these three Pokemon: Cyndaquil, Totodile, and Chikorita.
3A) Yes, you have to have beaten all 100 trainers without changing your team of Pokemon.
1. Try Protect. "Damp" Pokemon are weak. Since your Pokemon will be restored after every fight, use a high-HP or defence or special defence Pokemon. They should last. Earthquake on every hit I suppose? Since it wouldn't have affected the user, there's no need to teach it to a Flying-type like Lugia. Espeon with Earthquake and Lugia out on the field would be better.
2. Any version with a Ditto and a breeding center.
3. If you use the same team (changing shadows to non-shadows counts as changing Pokemon) you get to pick one of the Johto starters with their elemental hyper beam (Cyndaquil with Blast Burn Totodile with Hydro Cannon and Chikorita with Frenzy Plant)
Teach both Pokemon Protect, and watch the Pokemon fainting out themselves and their allies (Protect rduces the chances of sucess with every turn, so try Protect/Substitiute/Heal combo until they're all KO'd. When they're all off the firld, then concentrate on the other tough ones.
1.Go to Realgam tower Pokemart. To get there, get to the middle room with the little colored things outside the huge door. Go into the left door. Buy 2 protect TMs from the vendor guy. Teach protect to Lugia and Espeon. In battle use protect with Espeon and let Lugia attack, and then switch. Good luck!

3. Uh, YAH. If you beat it withOUT changing Pokemon at the PC the whole time, you get Cydaquil, Chikorita, or Totodile.
