Yes,if you kihe shadow Pokemon,when you battle miror b you can catch them again

He won't have it. You'll have to fight Greevil again (if you've Snagged some of them, then he'll have a Natural Pokemon in it's place) and try to get the birds..

Normally yes, but with greevil's Pokemon you have to fight him over again. And if you're asking how to catch them what's with the numbers.... I'd suggest masterball for Lugia because he has MONSTROUS defence and special defence. With the others use ultra balls- they're not so hard.
