AFTER you complete the Mystery Lab, follow the instructions that the staff members there tell you... Otherwise check a walkthrough.

Go to the Pokemon lab and go to the chamber.Get on the platform and press A.then put Pokemon in the chamber with a shadow Pokemon in the middle and try to get the tempo as close to maximum as you can and it will alarm you when it is ready to be purified.

then you have two options:1 you can take it out of the chamberfrom the pc and take them to agate village and purify them there or option2:you can go to the Pokemon lab and go to the chamber and when the holograms are showing press A either options will appear orit will automaticlly purify them.
