I believe there are about 83 shadow Pokémon. XD001(Lugia) is the hardest to purify while Dragonite is the hardest to obtain. To purify Lugia, get all the tempo bars in the purify chamber to max tempo and to get Dragonite, catch the first 82 Pokémon, then fight Mirror B. At the top of the lighthouse in Gateon Port and purify it like any other Pokémon. I hope this helped.
Beating mt battle will also let you pick a johto starter and you can do it 3 times to get all 3. You can also take wooper, surkit, or trapinch to duking in pyrite and he will give you larvatar, shuckle and meditite respectively. So in addition to the eevee, 83 shadow mon, and wild captures you have the johto starters and trade mon. Also you can trade the purified togepi back to the guy in the outpost fir a dank elekid. But geah thats it without transfering.
