Haha, buy a rare candy. I'm sorry but in every Pokemon game you find rare candies throughout the story. You can never buy them. But in some ways thats a good thing. Leveling up Pokemon with exp. Points makes their stats higher than leveling up Pokemon with rare candies. Yup, just like real candy, too much of it is a bad thing.
