You can do a few things after you beat the game:
1) you can start to purify all the Pokemon and work towards Purifying Shadow Lugia
2) Battle Eagun and he tells you that Orre Colosseum is open so that now you can go there and do challenges.
3) Rechallenge trainers who you have missed catching Shadow Pokemon from like Greevil who can be challenge again or find Miror B. In multiple locations and he will have shadow Pokemon that you missed.
4) Find Miror B. And Capture a stolen Shadow Pokemon(His location will be the lighthouse in Gateon City) once you have all 82 Pokemon.
5) You can do many Colosseum Battles and take on Mt. Battle 100 trainers.
There is more probably but those are ones that first come to mind.
You could also compete in battles/tournaments to earn money and raise your Pokemons Levels even higher (maybe even trade them to different games if able trust me I recommend it).
You can also take part in the enjoyable Battle Sims and Battle Bingo!
