How do you deposit pokemon in your storage!!!

To deposit a pokemon, go to any pc and press pokemon storage.
Then,go to party pokemon at the top left corner and press it.
Click on the pokemon you wish to put in the storage and press switch and place the pokemon into the box.
To withdraw pokemon,do the same thing but do it the opposite way(from storage to party).
You deposit by snagging shadow pokemon after your party is full.
You could also go to the pc, go to "Pokemon Storage," and then click on the one you want to put in your pack, go up to where it says "Box #" and go up another one and there is your pokemon currently.
