Is there any way to move one of the time flutes that you obtain in Pokemon Colosseum to Pokemon XD?--I was unable to make the time flute in Pokemon Colosseum a held item and I know that you can't trade a shadow Pokemon between games (I want to purify shadow Lugia in Pokemon XD with a time flute rather than a more complicated method). Any ideas?

No, you can't do that, sorry. There's only three in Colosseum and none in XD.
if you have a time flute give it to a pokemon you have in pokemon colosseum and trade it to the game boy advance to pokemon ruby or sapphire or leaf green or fire red and trade that pokemon to pokemon dale of darkness
