After you beat Venus in the Under and follow (chase, more like) her to the station.go to the station and Venus will say something and go to the train. Follow her into it and comeback, out.
She will blab at you and run out. You too go out. And near the door, you'll see something sparkle. That's the subwaykey! Now go to the train, and go to the far left side of it, and drive the train to the left direction. When you arrive, go out, and there will be two baddies,and they will say something and go to the room and blow it up. Before you go in, go right , and at the end of the path, there will be a U disk. Get it, and go to the room, and pick up the shiny item which will turn out to be a Maingate Key. Then use that to go into the lab.
