Question for Pokemon Colosseum

This is kind of retarded question, but I've started playing this game like two days ago after over a year and I'm puzzled at one point, I've already completed this before got Ho-ho etc etc... But, I fancied gettin' into it again. So, my Q. Is

How'd you get too the place where the huge relic stone is? Can't remember what it's called, it's full of green lands (and hills).

You mean Agate Village? You need to save Rui (The girl who follows you but can rename her) from Trudly and Folly. When you get to Agate, go down the hill next to the Pok�mon Center.
