Question for Pokemon Colosseum

My black arura bar is emty how do you use the time flute I used the relic once but it wouldent let me do it agian.What do I do?

You don't have to use the flute just go to the statue in the forest and have your shadow Pokemon in the front. Also, check it's stats to see if it is really all the way down.
