You should get another poke ball and use the infinte ball cheat which is
1st pokemon:use master ball
2nd pokemon:switch poke ball(or any other ball)with master ball and then finish your move
If you did the cheat correctly you should have 1 masterball and the other ball thats how I got most of the Pokemon cause I didnt feel like battling.
