Yes, there is actually. First you need to get to the part in the game when you get the master ball ok? Then in any double battle with a shadow poke'mon, with atleast two kinds of pokeballs, go to your masterball with the first pokemon. Then with your second one, go to the balls part in your pack, and switch them by pressing Y and pressing A on any other ball. Now press B and attack like normal. Your person wil throw the ball. And then go to your pack and the master ball will still be there.

No unless you have an action replay a action replay is a disk that changes the actions of the game and replays it that way thats really why they call it an action replay.

Yes. You need two Pokemon out. If you are versing a shadow Pokemon, use your master ball (if you still have it). On your second Pokemon, go to the balls compartment in your sack, and switch the masterball with any other ball. Woa la. You still have your masterball.
