Ok, I have a few questions.
1. I used the master ball on Suicune, and I've heard things about catching a Tyrant..something. Is it still possible to catch him with an ultra ball?
2. How many people to I have to beat in the Colloseum part of the New Tower
3. I have missed some shadow pokemon, and I really don't want to have to restart my game! Is there any way to re-battle the trainers?
Or do I have to start all over?

1) It's always possible to catch any pokemon with any ball, so you should be able to catch Tyranitar (spelling).
2) If you mean the tower finished by the construction people near the end of the game, you need to beat four main people.
3) You have a second chance at some pokemon.
