Does anyone know how to beat the evil mayor?

When i battle the mayor I had a lv 50 metagross lv 90 suicune lv 70 flygon lv 60 amphoros and I had a lv 50 skarmorny the mayor is kinda hard because he had level 60 pokemon.

Also I brought 10 ultra balls 3 great balls and lots of revives!

To beat the mayor he has a blaziken,tyranitar,scizor,slowking,and a slacking(i think that brown sleepy guy).

I use the the attacks that makes a super effective so I can do a 1 -kill attack.

For the tyranitar I tried to catch him but I couldn't catch him so you can go back to the colosseum and battle the 4 guys and nascour then the mayor so you can catch tyranitar!
