Okay, I just bought Pokemon Colosseum and I've been playing it a lot. But one thing troubles me: how do you switch Pokemon from your party to one's you've captured but are stored elsewhere? I need help with that x.x

Go to a Save Point. Move up to the Pokemon icon. There, you can move your Pokemon around by hitting A over them, and A to release them.
Go to a PC. The PC will have three options: store Pok�mon, store items, or save your progress. Do as you would on a GBA Pok�mon game.
You go into a pokemon center, go to the computer, press a and withdrawl pokemon.
There are PC's located inside of Poke Centers, you can trade out Pokemon by using the PC.
