Question for Pokemon Colosseum

I can't make a new code in my action replay max why it is something wrong when i'm done to add new code it comes more to do I don't get it please help can someone answer my please

If you enter the name then it will come up with the area where you input the code try puting the numbers and letters in there if that does not work your action replay is broken

Can you at least give me instructions how to put new code cos ewery time I try it let more come so I can do more I the same code like when it is supose to be 3 ins then it wont let my do that it let's my do more
