Question for Pokemon Colosseum

I have a MAJOR question. Where do you get the D-Disk and L-Disk? And is Skarmory in the Deep Colleseum?

Snagem Head Gonzap drops the D-Disk after you battle with him in the Snagem Hideout. Skarmory is his Shadow Pokemon, and he won't give it to you until you capture the Pokemon first. Return the Steel Teeth to the old man standing outside the Colosseum and near the Herb Shop. You will recieve the L-Disk as a token of gratitude.
