Question for Pokemon Colosseum

I defeated mirror b a long time ago but I got no e-mail ???

WHo is scrubs and where do I meet him (forgotten).

Where would the key be to unlock the cell...

Q1: After you beat Mirror B. you go to Duking's house in Phirate Town.

Q2: Don't know.

If you mean the key to unlock the cell for thosen people Mirror B. told to go back to THE UNDER and they are in Phirate Town's jail. When you go in talk to the Chief, he will give you his PDA number. Then go to the cells, you will se the two people and something shining on the table, press A while facing the table and you'll get the Jail Key use it on the nearest cell (the one with the guy sleeping) open it and talk to the person sleeping, you'll get the F-disk. Go back to that place where you were taken after you beat the Coloseum go to that elevater re-beat the person guarding the elevater and then if you've done the game right so far, you will have a key to open the elevater.
