Question for Pokemon Colosseum

In the PDA, where you have the sort of Pokedex thing, how come you have only got info on certain pokemon?

The pda is only for Pokemon with close hearts

When you see the Pokemon you want info on but hte info is ??????????????'s then go to the Pre-Gym in Pheanc City and talk to the techer and she will say "I see you have met a new Pokemon or two let me update it" or something like that.You should get the info on only Pokemon you have seen ok?
