Question for Pokemon Colosseum

Once you get all the badges of the cipher admins and put them in the weird boxes at realgm tower what happens.

Duh, you didn't get that far? Those people are easy to beat! Anyway, you'll have access to a new room that you'll see tons of people in(I think). Then head to the security guard near the elevator in the back, he'll actually be someone you know. When you reach the max point of the elevator, you'll see that bad guy person. He'll either battle you or escape to the right-side elevator in that room. Then go to the left-side elevator. You'll meet Team Snagem's boss. He'll ask you for the last time for you to become the apprentice or partner of him, or something like that. Whatever you do, don't, and I say DON'T say yes, or something really bad will happen, maybe something like having to do the game all over. It's just like saying you want to delete your file. Go up the elevator to the top of Realgam Tower. You'll figure out what to do next.

You go through one of those things and into the lobby. Battle the guy at the entrance (you have no choice) and go to the lift at the back. Guess who's there... Silva in desquise(sorry. Bad spelling). He will let you through. Up the lift you see nascour. Go up a staircase. You wil see Gonzap. If you say yes to him, he thinks you're joking. If you say no, he'll battle you anyway. He has a skarmory to snag. He then steps to the side,and you go up the lift.
