Question for Pokemon Colosseum

I have beaten the two women who take the spy in the under what do I do then and how do you get Pokemon like torchic combuske bayleef and Pokemon like that

For your second question, you can not get all the Pokemon in this game. There are 49 Pokemon if you include Ho-oh, and in order to get Ho-oh, purify all the shadow Pokemon, and beat Mt. Battle on the options mode (I have not played for a year) and then you get Ho-oh!
