Question for Pokemon Colosseum

How do you get the masterball fron Eagun the guy that lives in Agate Village. Don't tell me how to use it as many times as I want.

After you have defeated the Four Admins in Realgam Tower, you should receive an Email from Eagun. The Email will be cut off. Go to him and he will give you the Masterball.
