Well, you've basically beaten the game. Just finish off anything you haven't done in Battle Mode.

Nothing Left to Do but Get All The Pokemon And Purify them, maybe get them all to a high level, like 70 or 100. If you did that, Than you can just use your Pokemon to battle friends.

Remember the Snagem Hideout at the beginning? If you are able to go there, go there. You can catch the middle leveled form of all 3 starting Johto or Kanto (I don't know) League Pokemon. In translation, (the first levels) Chikorita, Totodile, and the fire one, I forgot the name. I think you are supposed to catch all of their evolved forms. But if you caught one of them before, the other two will appear there. I don't know what to do next. Maybe after that, you might have a battle with him for the last time. Also there is somewhere near the entrance of the building where evil pokemon trainers jump down and stop you from moving further. Just beat them to proceed. But if you exit the building or go to the next floor, then you come back, your going to have to battle them again. I'm not sure about the part where I said you battle the boss again because I never got that far.
