Question for Pokemon Colosseum

I've been wondering, they say if you purify all 47 or something pokemon you can get Ho-oh
but how can you purify all 47 pokemon when there are only three time flutes?!?!?!?!

I'm not so sure that you get Ho-oh, but it's possible to purify every Shadow Pokemon. It takes a while, though. You need to become friends with the Pokemon and then when the shadow bar is all the way at the bottom, then you take it to the shrine in Agate Village. It should glow green, then select the Pokemon you want to purify.

What you have to do is get that purple bar empty.

To do that is to call the pokemon when he is in hyper mode or the more battles that pokemon is in the bar will slowly decrease.

When the bar is empty go to the forest where celebi is, go right up against the big rock thing in the middle and press A.
