How do you get to Team Snagem's hideout. For some stupid reason it won't let me after I beat the game

Go to pyrite town go into dukings place go in the cavern talk to all the kids then go out and talk to cail he wants to fight after that go to your map and snagem hideout should be on your map right above outskirt stand. Hope I helped (:
