How strong should I train my Pokemon? I'm about to battle the Realgam Colosseum. I tried to do it once, and I caught the Miltank, but then I "whited out" against the Absol. So how strong? Can I train them up to Lv. 100, or only up to like 70 or 80? Because I don't want to train them so strong that they don't obey me, that would be a waste of Pokemon that I can't waste!

Mine were at lv70's (you'll need them to catch the shadow tyranitar)
Realgame colosseum's strongest pokemon are very weak, i beat them when i was in the 50's. Just be sure to keep your masterball for tyranitar. I wasted mine on metagross... i regreted that... DEARLY.
From 56-60 was my Pokemon's lv.s, all of the Pokemon at the Reglam Tower are pathetic, in my opinion.
Your Pokemon will obey even if traded, trust me, I traded Groudon, Zapdos, and Jirachi to my Colosseum game and it obeyed me. Groudon was at lv. 76, and grew to lv. 81 in just a few battles, so Colosseum is a good place to train your R/S/FR/LG Pokemon.
You can train Pokemon to level one hundred and only Pokemon traded to you have a chance of disobeying you.
