Question for Pokemon Colosseum

What do I do when I get past the part where the two hechmen blow up the part of the subway entrace to the lab.

I have the magnet key. When I went inside the lab a door was locked. I can't get in.

You need two get in two the lab.
note:you will face trainers and a admin the admins pokemon is rakiou.
