If you beat either Raikou, Suicune, or Entei, They wil be able to be caught later in the game. Remember that construction site for the new colosseum? Well, you will see that the place has been built. There, you will have to battle all the Admins again. They will have the legendaries in their party if you missed them before.

IF YOU FAIL TO CATCH THEM THIS TIME, THEY ARE LOST FOREVER!

what coliseum I just got omega ruby a week ago and beat raikou how do you get there?Guest answered:
Ps: CATCH THE Pokemon THE FIRST TIME YOU ENCOUNTER THEM
The natures and iv's are set the first time you encounter them. So if you knock out a naughty suicune in the tv studio at The Under, when you catch it over and over again at Realgam Tower, it'll be a naughty suicune..
