Question for Pokemon Colosseum

I RLY NEED HELP!
How do you take Pokemon out of your team and put them into your Pokemon storage and then get a Pokemon out of the storage and into my party
Because my party is full and alot of them are shadow but I want my pulse and want to switch them!
I need step by step directions

Okay here is the step by step:

- Find a PC (located many places like the Pokemon Center in Agate Village)
- On the PC select Pokemon Storage
- When in Pokemon Storage open your party by clicking party
- Once your party is open select the Pokemon you want to deposit.
- Once you do that you can withdraw Pokemon to put into your party by selecting them in your PC

Go to Poke storege then where it says Box 1 go up one and it will say Pokemon party click there click one one of the Pokemon and scoll down and press Deposit then go back to the box 1 and choose the Pokemon you want
