Question for Pokemon Colosseum

Can you get all three Johto starters? If yes, where are the trainers?

You can get all three Starters in their second evolution forms.

In Phenac City:

- There will be three trainers (one in the south entrance, one in the west entrance and one in the east entrance) you can only choose one to battle, once that battle is over the other two trainers will disappear)


Getting the other two Starters:

*The First Missing Starter:

- You can get them after you beat the game, one starter can be found at Realgam Tower in the Casino.

*The second Missing starter:

- It can be found after you beat the game and receive a message from Secc
- Follow that message and head to Pyrite
- Then go visit Cail and battle him
- He will tell you to go to the old team Snagem hideout(when can be selected on your world map now)
- Once there enter the hideout
