When you get the 3 DNA samples, are they different for each game?

I think they are all difrent cause in my game it said Bayleaf, Quilava and Raikou.
I think they are all different yes, mine where Bayleef, Suicune, and another one. You simply have to know what they look like and enter the DNA samples in accordance to their looks.
Yes. Mine were Sudowoodo, Croconaw and Suicune.
Presumably the pattern is 1 normal Pokemon, 1 gen 2 starter and 1 of the legendary dogs
