Deep king angol you go to deep collusseum and win four times and you battle him.Here's his pokemon:

lv.70 kindra
lv.61 girafarig
lv.49 shuckle(shadow pokemon)
lv.61 shedninja(can use any attack on him only fire blast)
lv.(i forget but i's on level 60-61)
