Ok I have a Misdreavus right? And I opened it's heart and all so now I want to evolve it but everywhere I go it says I need a Dawn stone so I'm thinking no it's by level right? Help!!! I need to know is it the stone or by level in this game!!!

I really believe it is evolved by level on this game. So try working it up and it should possibly evolve any where from 25 - 50, Atleast sometime in this frame atleast.
