Ok, once you defeat Lady Venus and all that, just follow her, and once you get to the station, go in and go in the subway on one end and out the other.

Then, go back outside the station and on the ground will be the Subway Key.

You need to use it on the computer thing on the left end of the subway.

To go back, use it on the right end.
