After you get the elevator key go to the under walk down the stairs, there will be more stairs dont go up them walk down until you see 2 shops go in the left.

There will be stairs go up. upstairs is a door that slides go through it. now you are outside go across the bridge and in the other door.

In this shop go downstairs there should be a boy he gives you a part. go back to where you started this time go to the stairs on the left.

There is a house with a boy outside. give him the part and go inside.
