you can unlock these programs ( pichu bros in different languages) at different days. keep watching PNF and one day meowth will interveiw a pokemon who has seen a wooden crate.

Tell pikachu to wreck the crate and hey presto! A new anime.

To get the extra channels, beat the game, but don't start over.

Press contine instead of new game and Togepi will bring you Pichu Bros. in Japanese.

For the other two, you have to watch the news until you see things about a wooden crate.

You have to tell Pikachu to wreck the crate and out will pop another new program.
