No there isn't, you can only find Purple and White Pikmin in the Caves...

No, the only way to get them is in caves(preferebly the Emergence Cave because the flowers are easy to get to)

PikminPlayer is right although The purple flowers in emergence cave do disappear I believe after some time! The submerged castle in perplexing pool has flowers at the end that don't disappear!
