If you don't get all the pieces of your ship until after 30 days what happens is it game over.

You have to restart from the last day you saved at.

Gamedozer17's right mrpears, if you don't get the necesary Parts by the end of the 30 Days, you'll just have to start again from where your game was saved last (it's not quite game over)!
