How do I get the frying pan

I have the stratagy guide for the dream cast but how do I get the frying pan for the game cube

First complete all of the missions before you do this because it's easier.
You have to find 5 members of a group called 'weapon'.
Start the 'secret delivery'mission and talk to the guy near the hospital.
Now finish the quest and find the members in these quest on pioneer 2 in order...
And you must complete them!

When you've done all of them redo 'secret delivery' and talk to the same guy.he'll
Tell you to find the boss of 'weapon' which is his wife.she is near the the bank,
Talk to her and the frying pan is yours! Have fun!
