Where do you find General White and Goldbob in chapter 7?

To find Goldbob, go back to Poleshy Hieghts. He is near where you get off the train, just go south west.When he asks you if you'll give him all your coins for the info, say "yes" repeatedly (He'll give them back if you never say no)After that, he'll give you some paper showing his permission to use the cannon. Finding General White is more confusing. First of all, The Green bob-omb that told you to go find them had told you that he went to some place. It's description matches Petalburg, so go there. Talk to the Koopa at the west gate where you first came into town. He'll say to go to an island= Kellhaul Key. There, talk to Pa-Patch and he'll point you toward Glitville, so the chase continues. Ask the juice shop owner and he'll talk about a tree, so go to Boggly woods. Talk to the first Punie you see, and he'll say he went somewhere dark. Head to Twighlight Town and talk to the guy next to the inn. He'll recall General White, and rudely state he has no idea where General White went! Head back to the green bob-omb at Fahr Outpost and tell him your problem. As you talk to him you will see General White coming out of the inn!!!! Go into the inn to find him sleeping. Jump on his head a couple of times to wake him up. It turns out that HE was looking for YOU! After that, you'll end up shooting to the moon from a huge cannon!!! PROBLEM SOLVED!!!
