Question for Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door

Were do you get the Vivin and who is he/she? Also were do you get the letter P I already got the monsters name wrong over 5 times? PLEASE answer A.S.A.P.!

You will get vivian just before when you get your identity snatched and go back to the main plaza,she will accompany you. Then go back to the castle, roll down a hole either in the castle near the stairs or out the front of the castle.After that push the door up and use vivians moves to hide you so the dorr comes bak over the top of you. Go up there and navigate you way round until you find another hole roll through it to a parrott. Hide underground and the parrott will start talking then pop up again and get the letter.
