Anyone who hasn't gotten Ms Mowz as a partner listen up. In the trouble center in rouge port there is a trouble and the name is ???. It is ms mowz and she wants you to find a badge in hooktails castle. Go to the place where you fought hooktail and use Flurry to blow away a part of the middle and get the badge. Once you give it to Ms Mowz she joins you're party and you get the badge.
