Does anyone know any way to get Ultra Shrooms and Jelly Ultras without spending too much money? Besides the Pianta Parlor.

I think there is a secret shop underneath Rogueport that sells Jelly Ultras but i'm not sure about the Ultra Shrooms. Something that might help you for free is if you go to Keehaul Key and you as far up the beach as you can a blue mole pops up. Whack him with your hammer to get a Wacka Bump which heals 25 or 50 hp and 25 or 50 flower points. Sorry I don't know if it's 25 or 50. You can only carry one of them.

Yes, basicly what the John said, but the Whacka Bump is 25, so I recommend getting maybe a few, they're free.
