After you beat him I think you hear some shaking. Go back a little and you should see a staircase that go downwerd. Good luck beating the Quen!

Go to the garden then you should see a statue of a chain-chomps head. Throw bobbery into the teeth then a pipe will apper. Do the same on the other side.
