I need to know any recipe that anybody knows. Thanks?

I know every single recipe in the game(and everything else in the whole game, so if anyone has questions, list it above), so I'll just give you a few from each kind of recipe. There is a Coconut Bomb, Zess Deluxe, Jelly Shroom, and some items are normal items you can cook like Mini Mr. Mini or a normal Mushroom. Also there is a Poison Mushroom you can get, but it's kind of bad because I don't think you can use it on your opponent, you eat it yourself. Anyway, here's a list of a few recipes. If something has a * next to it, it means you need the cookbook from Creepy Steeple(Chapter 4), to get it, even if I say it needs only one ingredient. If it has ** next to it, it means it might not come out right. If it has *** next to it, it means all above. Some recipes may have more ways to cook.
Offensive Recipes:
Coconut Bomb
Requires: Coconut + Fire Flower
Egg Bomb**
Requires: Mystic Egg + Fire Flower
Zess Dynamite:
Requires: Coconut Bomb + Egg Bomb
Ice Storm
Requires: Point Swap + Fire Flower
Defensive Recipes:
Courage Shell
Requires: Point Swap + Mr. Softener
(Sorry, I think that's the only Defensive Item you can make)
Health Recipes
Fresh Juice**
Reqiures: (Any of the following) Gradual Syrup, Honey Syrup, Jammin Jelly, Keel Mango, Maple Syrup, or Peachy Peach (A lot of combinations for this recipe)
Jelly Ultra
Requires: Jammin Jelly + Ultra Shroom (This item is good because it restores 50 HP and 50 FP!!!!!)
Zess Deluxe
Reqiures: Ultra Shroom + Fresh Pasta
Shroom Steak
Reqiures: Ultra Shroom (A lot of combinations for this recipe)
Spaghetti
Reqiures: Fresh Pasta
