Hi everyone. I am trying to collect the rest of the shine sprites so I can upgrade my parteners with the up arrow I found. There is one in Pirate's Grotto that I did not get when I was there becasue I did not have spring jump. It is beyond the spikes that come out of the walls. However I cannot figure out how to get there becasue the switches that put barrels in the water (so I could rescue everyone in the net ) are gone. I can't figure out how to get to the room with the spikes with out using boat pannel. Can someone help me??

Try hammering the spikes. I can't remember how to do this very well.
Ok, you don't have to have Spring Jump. To get it, hammer right at it's shadow and an invisible block will appear. Jump on top of it. Then jump again to hit the Shine Sprite Block. I'm not sure if that was the one you were talking about, but if it was, don't thank me, thank my strategy guide.
