Go to the start of 'Twilight Zone' (were you entered trough the pipe) and then talk to her, then say that you will help her.
After that, check all the bushesh around you in that area, in one of the bushes is the 'superbombomb' and well there you go...
But if you want to know which bush its in then (dont read below if you want to find out but its quite obvious)...
